Founded with Purpose

Dean MacFarlane comes from a family with generations of involvement in property. From his great-grandfather through to his grandfather, his father, and now himself, property has always been at the heart of the MacFarlane family. This deep-rooted connection to the industry shapes everything MacFarlane Property Group stands for today.

Dean has hands-on experience across multiple facets of the property industry, including construction-side health and safety management and working alongside his father in property management. This background spans the full spectrum of residential and commercial property, from finding and placing tenants to managing maintenance, conducting inspections, and ensuring legal compliance at every step.

What sets Dean apart is his recognition that property management as an industry has remained largely unchanged for decades. MacFarlane Property Group was founded on the belief that tech-enabled solutions can close compliance gaps, improve reporting accuracy, reduce management costs, and give landlords the detailed visibility they deserve over their investments.
